Đối với tài khoản lần đầu tiên đăng ký sau khi đăng ký xong cần liên hệ Admin để nạp tiền và được set giá cửa hàng. 

Dịch vụ unlock của Server bảo hành unlock bao lâu?

- Server bảo hành tất cả dịch vụ unlock là 06 tháng kể từ ngày Unlocked (Trừ Japan Docomo, KDDI, Softbank, Sprint, Xfinity, Spectrum, iCloud).

- Các imei được bảo hành khi GSMA Status là CLEAN

- Nếu GSMA Status chuyển sang Lost/Stolen/Blacklist/Blocked/Fraud... chúng tôi Không Bảo Hành

 

1/ Nếu Khách hàng chat mà thấy chậm trả lời hay không trả lời vui lòng gọi trực tiếp vì support nhiều Khách hàng nên có thể sẽ trả lời chậm

- Hoặc send email: [email protected] với nội dung cần hỗ trợ

 

2/ Trên Server BeeUnlock 90% các dịch vụ check imei,unlock,active box,add credit vào box….là tự động (Auto API) nên cần check imei hay order Khách hàng vui lòng nạp tiền vào Server và order.

 

 3/ Nếu cần biết giá Khách hàng vui lòng check trên Server,tùy theo mức độ giao dịch mỗi account sẽ có giá khác nhau.

 

 4/ Với các dịch vụ active box,SamKey Readcode,SamKey TMO,Unlock Sony bằng account,unlock máy bằng Credit của các box như Octopus,Z3x,Chimera…

- Server chỉ active và bán account chứ không có trách nhiệm phải chỉ Khách hàng từng bước để unlock cái máy này như thế nào,chỉnh cái gì….Nếu chưa biết unlock như thế nào với box hay tool mình sắp mua vui lòng ghé thăm tìm kiếm trên Google hoặc xem hướng dẫn trên Server hay forum của tool/box sắp mua

 - Nếu tìm kiếm Google rồi mà vẫn không biết nữa thì vui lòng liên hệ,sẽ có đội ngũ hỗ trợ làm và tính phí

 5/ Các dịch vụ đa số Thứ 7 Chủ nhật và Ngày Lễ là không làm việc Khách hàng vui lòng không tính vào.

 6/ Các dịch vụ iCloud mua chậm (Sold by) chỉ dành cho Khách hàng hiểu rõ đó là dịch vụ gì,cần thông tin gì (sold by,case,imei fresh hay reject…) và chỉ dành cho những Khách hàng nào chờ đợi được.Vì có thể chạy cả tháng mà không done nếu imei bad case,rejected

1. You can't forward any information about our company and our services or any related product or service, until and unless you get an approval of our company.

2. All mobile carrier names, mobile brand names, mobile phone model names for example, Nokia, Blackberry, Sony Ericsson, Apple etc are linked to their respective owners, and we are not linked to them in any way, in any case not whatsoever. Names have been used for educational purpose only.

3. All services mentioned on website are based on speculation, however in any case or whatsoever, delay happens Our Company would not be held liable.

4. We do not guarantee a complete unlocked phone using our service, as some times if phone has been tried before and its counter variable gets locked, our provided code will not work and we don't offer refunds as suppliers by that time would have been paid in advance to the service provider in advance, so please ensure these entry criteria before you buy or use our services.

5. We consider to do our work in professional and in ethical manner, so if in any condition we find that any content or copyright material of our website has been used on a website not associated to our company or websites, strict legal measures will be taken against the offender.

All Third Party Services offered for usage with “our company” are provided to you through your third party service provider(s) and shall be subject to your agreement with such third party service provider(s). Except to the extent specifically prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction, our shall have no liability whatsoever to you or any third party claiming by or through you, for any issue relating to the third party services, linked sites, other sites or third party information, including without limitation, the accuracy, timeliness or continued availability of such third party services or the continued interoperability of the third party services.

Any dealings with third parties conducted through us, the Third Party Services, Linked Sites or Other Sites, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between You and the third party. How Many days warranty of unlock ?
Answer - We have 06 Months Warranty Of Unlock (except Softbank, Docomo, AU KDDI, Xfinity, Spectrum, Sprint & Icloud Activation Remove Service). After That We Cant Trace to Supplier . (if Any thing Goes Wrong After 06 Month We cant help You [like - Relocked / Not Unlock])

- If GSMA Status not CLEAN (Lost/Stolen/Blacklist/Blocked/Fraud....) We Not Give Any Warranty

 

Question – How to submit a ticket?
Answer - Click Submit ticket or Contact us

 

Question –How much time, a verify imei will take for reply?
Answer - To verify an imei, it takes 2-4 workings days.

 

Question - My Iphone Not Unlock Or Code Not Working What Can I Do?
Answer - When we unlock an Imei and you think, it’s not unlocked or code is not working. Then this verify option comes into play. Just click on verify option (Make Veido Proof of Code Not Working and Upload in Youtube us Provide Us link or Need gsx report for Iphone verify imei) . Please note that you can do it within 5 days since the code was replied as after 5 days we’ll not be able to verify imei from source. So, its mandatory that must use verify option within 5 days since your order was completed

 

Question – How can I cancel my order?
Answer – Once an order has been placed, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes since you placed the order. It can be done from your account.

 

Question – Wrong Network Or Invalid Imei Or Replaced Imei Oder Or Wrong Model ?
Answer – We do not support wrong network, invaild Imei Or replaced Imei Or Wrong Model in any unlocking or code service ( Strictly No Refund )

 

Question - What if order placed in wrong network?
Answer – If your Imei becomes In Process then nothing can be done in terms of cancelling an order. But if your imei will be In Waiting For action than you can cancel your order Your Self
NOTE: It’s better to make sure before placing an order that Imei is locked to the same Network for which you’re going to place an order

 

Question - How to add credits in my account?
Answer - Go to your account; choose Add Fund option

 

If you do not agree to our Terms & Conditions and End User License Agreement, please do not place order with us.
